Routed is an education-focused recruitment platform connecting educators with schools, tutoring centres, educational organisations, and new professional opportunities.

The project required much more than a standard website build. Routed needed a platform that could communicate clearly with multiple audiences, guide users through different journeys, support profile creation and recruitment functionality, and translate an existing design direction into a polished, responsive, and usable digital experience.

From the early stages of the project, we worked closely with the design process while overseeing the website's structure, functionality, user experience, and eventual implementation.

• Reworked responsive grids, spacing, stacking, CTA behaviour, and content presentation across screen sizes
• Developed separate messaging and experiences for educators and employers
• Worked on website copy, headings, supporting text, and calls to action
• Supported the Greek and English website structure and multilingual implementation
• Ensured custom website sections remained compatible with the translation setup
• Carried out ongoing QA, usability checks, design fixes, and development refinements throughout the project

The final website gives educators a clearer path to creating a profile and discovering opportunities, while helping employers understand the platform and connect with relevant professionals.

Beyond development, the project involved continuous coordination between design, UX, content, responsive behaviour, and platform functionality, making Routed one of the most extensive website projects developed and managed by Not On Grid to date.
